Assisted Set-Up is only available at The SIM Works. 

We want to make your life as easy as possible, so we will set up your new service for you before we send your handset via secure tracked Royal Mail delivery.

The SIM cards will already be inserted in to the handset, and and the phones battery will be fully charged. 

All you will need to do is unbox your new handset and plug the phones handy stand in to the mains - this will ensure that the phone automatically charges when you return it to the stand.

With our assisted set-up includes:

• Pre-delivery set-up to ensure that the mobile battery is fully charged and ready to use as soon as you receive you handset
• Insert your new SIM Card
• Set up of any SOS emergency contacts - we will contact you to confirm the set up
